I am mixed media creative with over 13 years working in the disaster industry, photographing, recording, reporting, writing plans, and providing Recovery Assistance in form of program management and direct services.

I am certified in preliminary damage assessment but I am not a home inspector. Damage assessment is the identification of general cause, general impact, and properly documenting the impact, estimate time of recovery, repair resources, etc. for others to use in their decision making. The data was collected via photography, reports, and interviews. Which was then in my previous career was used to determine if area requires Federal Assistance or if the impact can be handled locally.

Currently I Provide photographic services for real estate, damage, and or verification documentation.:
