I'm just somebody who pleasures in sharing what I see and feel through photography. Archetecture and natural beauty often catch my eyes and make me think, but seldom give me the urge to pick up my camera; but people experiencing the wonders, or horrors, of life will always get me to shoot them. If anything, I guess I'm somehwere in the process of painting a grand picture of what it means to live in Phialadelpia, one photograph at a time.
Several years back PHL Metropolis News Magazine did a profile on me and my Flickr photos. If you want a better glimpse of me and what I do, it's not a bad place to start--here's a link to it: www.phlmetropolis.com/2010/04/the-flickring-of-philly-al-...
If you want to see what I look like when I'm out on a shoot, look at Andrew Odhusky's photo of me doing my thing in Old City Philadelphia on a First Friday: www.flickr.com/photos/19695834@N00/3805306907/sizes/l/in/...
My current camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M1 MkII. Some of my earlier shots were taken with Olympus OM-D E-M5, e-30, e-510 and C5050Z cameras.
The lenses I currently use on the E-M1 MkII are the Olympus 25mm f/1.2 PRO, the Panasonic/Leica 42.5 Nocticron f/1.2, the Panasonic/Leica 15mm Summilux f/1.7, the Panasonic Lumix GX Vario 12-35mm f/2.8, and the Panasonic Lumix G Vario 7-14mm f/4.0. I absolutely love shooting with hyper-fast lenses.
The lenses I used with the E-M5 were:
Panasonic/Leica 25mm Summilux f/1.4
Panasonic/Leica 42.5 Nocticron f/1.2
Panasonic/Leica 15mm Summilux f/1.7
Panasonic Lumix GX Vario 12-35mm f/2.8
Panasonic Lumix G Vario 7-14mm f/4.0
The lenses which I mainly used with the e-30 and e-510 were:
Panasonic/Leica Summilux 25mm f1.4
Sigma 50mm f1.4
Zuiko ED 7-14mm f4
Zuiko ED 12-60 f2.8
Zuiko ED 70-300 f4
On the rare occaision that I use a strobe, I use an Olympus FL-50 with diffuser mounted on a handgrip (FP-1) attached to the camera.
