I like photo in available light, then just keep the good ones and do very minimal colour / brightness / touch up. For me the best photos are those catching a moment, and telling some story, showing some gesture or action.

When I use Photoshop a lot, it's for space stamps, astrophilately and space opera montage. Then the overuse of it makes it obvious the picture is fiction.

When I take a picture of a person, I like the beauty of the truth as I see it.
