Recieved a Nikon D80 for my birthday April 2007 and have been making good use of it. I have purchased several lenses for it: 18-200 Nikkor VR, Nikkor 60MM f2.8 Micro-Macro, 80-400 Tokina Zoom, 90MM f2.8 Tamron Macro, 300MM f2.8 Tamron Telephoto with a 2X converter (talk about heavy!), and a Sigma 10-20 Super Wide angle. On my list of lenses I still want are the Nikkor 70-200 2.8 and the Sigma 300-800 5.6 zoom (Sigmonster). While I love the Tamron 300, Would like to have the flexibility the SigMonster would offer. For my birthday this year, I purchased a Nikon D300, but still need to figure out how live view works. I also purchased a Sigma 28mm 1.8 to use inside a DIY light tent that I use to photograph jewelry and coins primarily.
