Having a background in sports, especially swimming I know of no truer statement. I enjoy listening to music - old and new and have explored many different types of media I could use while I'm on the move or waiting in an all important final. New technologies (such as MP3 players) in particular fascinate me due to my interest in IT.

If I'm not on my feet (or in a pool) then I spend a lot of time working with computers. Having been brought up around computers from a very early age it was natural that my interest in them would grow. I was aged about 4 when my dad brought home his first computer he used for work. It was a 'state of the art' 286 which I'd endlessly muck about with playing the ridiculously pixalated games that I could find on it. From the first revelation when I executed my first DOS program all by myself to helping out my high school's IT problems, I was constantly messing about with computers and learning more and more about them.
