Ian Jackson, a student, designer, entrepreneur, and music manager. I 'm a very blessed individual introduced into the promotions and marketing industry at a very young age, and sprouted from the careers of two platinum selling hip hop legends Numskull from the Luniz and Money B of Digital Underground.

From the early age of 18, I went from High School Senior, to a on the road platinum music manager, that handled a variety of responsibilities from media planning, handling bookings local and nationwide, managing and maintaining artists websites, scouting music producers, lining up deals, and much more.

This gave me a edge at an early age, I went on tour with Numskull and Money B, and started a Media Company at 20 years old. I was fascinated by the technology boom, and how computer animation, and internet promotions seemed to take companies further in growth and popularity, and from seeing this boom I saw my passion for painting pictures by promotion.

Today I own and operate a company named All Bay Group LLC. I started this company ground up with three other people Pete, Matt, and JD. As a core company we handle Database Management Websites, Myspace Design, Website 2.0 Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Print and Web Design, and special promotion networking for indie and major music labels.

All Bay Group as a company has done amazing things in the little time it has been here. We have managed to branch the company into three different sectors. We have a graphics design department that handles all media functions from film, design, to animation. We also have a PR and Advertising section that handles publicity, and can show you how to use your media to make it a more promotionally rich experience.

My passions for promotions and media is a never ending education, with long days and nights searching for new ways and technology to bring the word to the masses, All Bay Group as a company has definitely pushed the line in getting the advances in todays internet technology, and gearing its consumers towards a more user friendly internet experience.
