I started my hand at using fondant on cakes this past January ('09) and make them for family and friends. This first cake I made was the jewelry box cake, which I made for my mom's birthday...I can't say for which age birthday, but she goes with "25." This is just a hobby of mine which I am blessed to have recently had the time for, as I will be returning to teaching soon. Thank you for looking at my cakes!
