"An angular man, about fifty, casually holding a tiny camera" ("Memories of the Nineteen-nineties", by Teller - of Penn and Teller). Claim to fame: I owned Peter Cushing's false teeth for 30 minutes.

Eccentric old codger. Early years as a chemical engineer, then a dealer in coins for several decades. Author of "London, Portrait of a City, 1950 to 1962" and "Berlin in the Cold War" (Amberley Publishing), books based on my photographs.

A great number of my photographs (especially my 1955-1966 ones) are not in "sets", so try using the search facility for places, in particular cities, that you would like to see old photos of. Alternatively, search for a year between 1955 and 1966, as all of my old photos are dated.

I believe that I have one of the widest date ranges (1949 to 2020) on Flickr for photos taken personally by a Flickr member. Historians may find my several hundred Berlin photos from 1958 to 1966 of interest. All photos were taken by me unless stated or unless it is obvious that they were not.

Much more on Twitter, the thinking man's Facebook. Follow me at @allhailtwit. Mercifully, I am not active on Facebook, and so I do not have thousands of "friends".
