I learned to take pictures using a Pentax K-1000 and the zone system back when Ronny Raygun was president and graduated to an OM-4Ti around the time digital photography took off in the late 90s. I finally joined the digital club in 2004 but I still try to crop in the camera and do as little post-processing as possible.

Recently I decided to move past my original training (photojournalism and objects) and am now learning to take pictures of people that are actually flattering and pleasing to the eye.
