Alissa is just one of those people who thought they might like photography and then put her nose to the grindstone and got to work on getting good at it. Her command of the landscape and the light has come so far over the years. She started out just photographing the kids and a few landscapes and now she's one of those shooters from whom I can't wait to see what she'll do next. She has begun to master the art - and if I need an image of Kentucky - well - she's who I think of every single time.

I met Alissa through another contact, and I'm glad I did. There is so much you could say about Alissa's photo's, but why type about it when you can see for yourself? Alissa is one of the most talented amatuer photographers that I've seen in the world of Flickr. (and of course a great mommy!!) (This is tougher than I thought Alissa...Jason has said pretty much everything to a "T" already!! Maybe this calls for another coffee....) Ok.. Bottom line: Alissa has evolved to a very talented person and has become one of my best Flickr buddies. When I first met Alissa on Flickr, she asked me to photograph her boys for her. Now, about six months later, Alissa needs no one to photograph her boys for her. Her images and her work have improved more than anyone else on Flickr in the last year. She is becoming a great and wonderful photographer. Her stream has turned into one that I look forward to viewing first each and every day. Her images are full of life, the world that surrounds us, and her beautiful boys. Letting your mouse wander through her stream is surely worth the trip.
