A friend suggested that I devote a little time to updating my profile here on Flickr. It’s hard to believe that I’ve been a member here since 2006. Well that may be true but I have only been sharing pictures recently. Long story short… spent most of my time online on a site that I thought was safe and friendly. Over time I’ve found neither to be true… so here I am.

My name is Alisa - The name Alisa \a-li-sa\ is pronounced ah-LEE-sah. It is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "great happiness".

I'm a Leo and not superstitious or really into astrology but can't get over how well this describes me...

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

If you're a Leo:
