Having now been a member of FrigateRN's site for a year I would like to add that he is one of the best administrators I have come across. Apart from his own area of expertise he always knows who to ask if a question arises and he doen't know the answer. He is also very encouraging to all contributors and generous with his praise of a particularly good photo. He won't tolerate any unpleasantness in any form.
