I'm Alicia. I have been shooting since 2006. I'm a self taught photographer.

My gears are nikon D90, 18-105mm kit lens, 50mm 1.4, 11-16mm, 70-300mm and fujifilm x10. I use 18-105mm the most. I believe better equipment make better pictures but too bad I can't afford expensive gears. So, I'm happy with what I'm having now.

Often, people ask me how i produce my landscape pictures. So here you are:

a. I do not use color filters

b. I have cokin filters, but I don't make use of them. I'm a lazy photog. (i used maybe once)

c. I photoshop alot. Yup! this is what I love doing

d. my photoshop steps. Sorry I do not have any. I do it freely in hours (sometimes up to 5 hours) and I can assure you that I can't reproduce the same thing again.

e. ok maybe I do have 1 tip. I listen to trance or any songs that can stimulate my mind when I photoshop. Yeap! the beat keeps me going.

f. I love electronica!!

Before I changed to a dslr, most of my macro shots were taken with a canon s5is prosumer camera
