Was born in Bulgaria. Escaped into Greece in 1960. Came to United States in December, 1960. Received a B.A. from Central Connecticut State College, M.A. and Ph.D. from Indiana University. Taught a variety of Anthropology and Sociology courses as Assistant, Associate and full Professor at Wayne State College, Nebraska. Retired as Emeritus Professor of Anthropology.
