Then, of course his panning... i've tried it and he makes it look sooo easy!! But this gifted individual not only graces us with his amazing photos, but also with his generous comments. I look forward to every word he says, as his time is scarce. So, the man who is WAM... thank you for your kindness, teachings, and patience. Let me begin at the beginning. There's this bunch of particles called matter. And there's this thing called Energy. Now, Energy had a nickname - Wammy. This person here's, well, he's an awesome person. Don't take my word for it...just scroll down and read what other, more eminent flickrites have to say about him. Helpful to a fault, faultless photographer, an eye to kill for, infectious enthusiasm and perfect bedside manner. His comments are always fun, and encouraging. He admins groups that are little niches of joy and laughter. He takes photos that get you all jittery in jealousy. And then he goes explaining the whole thing, but contrary to a magician, explaining the secret only makes him better. Get to know him.

The fact that Alex has taken panning shots of over half of the bicycles in Fuzhou :) and still has time to stop and take stunning macros is impressive enough. The fact that Alex has taken panning shots of over half of the bicycles in Fuzhou :) and still has time to stop and take stunning macros is impressive enough. Perhaps even more impressive is that he runs two more flickr sites here ... one dedicated entirely to the adventures of his anti-self, Mr. Toast, and the other all for his students. There's a generous amount of soul in Alex's outstanding work. It shows in every well-composed frame.

Wam's photography is consistently a WOW. But his presence on Flickr is even more - and that's saying something! His sense of humour and his love of photography combine to make him one of the most formidable contributers to the groups that I have ever known.

Wam is the legendary Jedi Knight of Flickr! In a short time, his photography skills have improved greatly - much so, that I consider him a natural talent with the camera. His photos are an example of a keen mind and observer of life. He experiments constantly with various photographic techniques and is unafraid to challenge himself in the medium of photography. His waterdrop photos are absolutely fantastic! While, his candid portraits of street life are mesmerizing. On this journey, he shares with the viewer, his love of life, people, and his travels across Asia. He is one of the best flickr contacts anywhere. Always providing a positive and encouraging word for other people. His sense of humour is absolutely hilarious, and makes the flickr experience, an enjoyable one. The world of the legendary Jedi Knight awaits you ...

Wam needs to have the camera surgically removed from his head. He sees pictures as soon as he gets out of bed. It's hard to imagine that this guy even has time to sleep being as prolific he is with his comments and walkabouts through Flickr. He takes insightful candids - often with humour, and has a fixation with moving vehicles. As far as I know no-one else has taken a tuk-tuk to explore. No snaps here but a wide variety of colour and moments that shock and awe! Good stuff bud! (still gotta figure out how the 'bud' thing started!) edit: he uploaded AGAIN whilst I was typing this!
