Hi there! I take pictures of things - real, posed, spur-of-the moment things; but you could probably figure that out. This is the clearing house for my photography.

I'm nowhere near good. I'm just finding my place with my little DSLR, inspired by photographers young and classic. I like contrasts, and trying to incorporate textures. Most of my pictures reflect that: I seek to either capture what I see or reveal a texture. Currently my favorites include Dan Winter, Brad Knabel, Kate Kinley, and Dave DiCello.

Thanks for taking a moment to look here! I see photography as an extension of memory. It's a preservation, an expression, and a way of sharing life. I want to be a photojournalist, or some type of journalist, because of that - capturing a moment as it was to change the world. That idea excites me to no end. I think Photography can do that, so that is my Flickr - figuring out how to share life and change the world. Or at least bring others joy.
