In many of my earliest memories, growing up in New Zealand, I find myself imagining life deep beneath the ocean waves, or trekking to remote and undiscovered places in search of treasure and adventure. As an adult, traveller and photographer, I find that this spirit of adventure has never left me. Whether placing myself in the path of an inquisitive tiger shark, or simply stopping in the forest to study a tiny mushroom almost hidden in the undergrowth, the desire is always the same:

To preserve an image that perfectly captures this simple, pure moment - not only to inspire my own memory, but also to spark the imagination of those who now see the world through my eyes.
