Interest grew steadily from about 2007, quickly outgrew the bridge camera I bought, first DSLR in 2008 and I have never looked back.

I am a huge lover of prime lenses and most of the glass I own is way older than me!

I met and became good friends with Alex when he was a lowly temp at my previous job inbetween his jaunts around the world.. ..After a while of him chewing my ear off about photography, i slowly started to get the bug and bought a bridge camera similar to the one he had. Needless to say that these cameras never quenched our thirst for photography and Alex invested in his shiny new Nikon and i was soon to follow. Alex never fails to impress me with his relentless pursuit of photography and his knowledge of the subject. He is constantly on the look-out for interesting shots and new ideas. Although this sometimes puts me to shame when i have a "night off", i would never have progressed as much, or have pushed myself if it wasnt for the enthusiasm and talent of this awesome friend. Thanks for passing the passion on!!
