Life to me is a continuing process of learning mainly through our experiences and contacts with people around us. It also involves positive interaction, sharing and collaboration, since we are not islands unto ourselves. I love nature and the great outdoors which is why I enjoy photography as a personal hobby. I'm also into poetry and is one of the originators of a public video site which primarily hosts visualized poetry.

I am an instructor in continuing education for seniors and older adults and also conduct physical exercise classes for people with arthritis which also includes Tai Chi.
