I have had the privilege of knowing this fine woman since 1980. Beat that, suckers!!!! Ha! She is truly a devine being- fiendishly clever, steadfast and loyal, creative and talented, and a great friend to have. Plus she has some of the most beautiful eyes ever, as does her also very wonderful sister. And nephew, too, now! In addition I can add that Aldella's mom totally rocks and is a PHENOMENAL artist. I want to be like her mom when I grow up. ps: Aldella's dad is very cool, though he took us on a bizarre road trip after a stop at the video store that left us roaming around the campus of Columbia when we were like 13, and her brother is also creepy smart and a very handsome fella. This is a great family. Some rich asshats tore their old house down and built a McMansion. Sigh. Many happy memories in that house and in that backyard- from girl scout days to much later non scout activities. I'm honored to have Aldella in my life.
