Keen amateur photographer a long time back but only used compacts since digital came in... until now.

The bug bit again In February 2013 and although I loved using my two Nikon DSLRs, gradually learning the functions of them, I remembered that I never enjoyed carrying a lot of heavy camera gear around and have now gone mirrorless.

I acquired an Olympus OM-D E-M10 at the start of 2015 and I love it and the freedom I feel it gives.

With the improvement in phone cameras, I often find myself using my iPhone 15 Pro, nowadays and am very impressed with its quality.

2025 and having had some issues with my previous camera, I've now upgraded to the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV and am looking forward to getting to know it.
