I've loved photography all my life but only recently got heavily into it after finally purchasing my first SLR (Olympus E-300). I'm very much an amateur but I'm hoping to work my way into professional photography one day.

I'm mainly attracted to nature & landscape photography and anything with character. I believe that the beauty around us testifies to the existence of a creator God.

When I have the time and an interesting subject I'll take a pile of pictures, I'll then review them on my computer usually deleting over half of them. Using photoshop I'll have a play to see if I can make any improvements, or just to try out different effects.

I try to post my favourite captures on Flckr when I can, usually trying to post no more than 3 pics from any given shoot/location. Photography is a subjective medium so I'm always interested to hear other people's views especially if one of my images connects with you.

Any advice/tips/criticism/encouragement on my pics is appreciated. My activity on Flickr is sporatic.
