The City of Albany Office of Special Events and Volunteer Services plans, produces and presents an array of FREE fairs & festivals throughout the year. These events promote art, entertainment and cultural interest for all ages. All events are funded entirely by local businesses and corporate sponsors, without cost to taxpayers.
