I bought the digital SLR (Cannon 600D) to take on holidays in November 2011 - but the bug has bitten and I'm taking photos of the strangest things now - I think I've found my new hobby.

I've already purchased two new lenses - a 50mm/1.8f and a 55 - 250mm.

Xmas has been great to work on the Bokeh (never heard that term before) and summer sports in Australia has challenged my panning, composition, tracking and focussing skills.

Some of the pics on Flickr have been inspirational - I can only aspire to coming up with some of my own masterpieces.
