Amanda K. Stirn is a recent fine arts graduate from Kansas Wesleyan University, a liberal arts college.

Miss Stirn aims to capture moments that make her audience wonder. From mundane occurances to surreal set-ups, she enjoys framing a shot that looks like it was by chance. She has had the opportunity to show in two juried art exhibitions in addition to a solo exhibition entitled "A Door with Five Hinges" (featuring works photography, painting, and installation). Furthermore, Miss Stirn has experience in shooting: family portraits, sports events, billboard advertisements, protests, and landscapes. However, a theme that crosses over all mediums and styles is Stirn's desire to captivate with the insyncracies of life.

Although familiar with both traditional film and digital cameras, Miss Stirn's current goal is to become better aquainted with both photographic processes.

Beyond being behind the lens, Miss Stirn can be found painting, hiking, or at local food and music festivals.
