Hi, I'm from Florida, near the border of Ocala and live in the country. I got interested in macro photography when I got a Nikon L840 camera for my birthday, and I became a budding photographer :-) I really began to see things in a whole new light, things that I had never really paid to much attention too, suddenly they where much more appreciated. It's been such an enjoyable hobby, though I never leave home without it, one never knows what's waiting for you when you walk out your front door.

The beginning of this video is my favorite part- wise words from someone who had seen so much life and has a pretty good idea on some things that are important, family, friends, love, kindness, slowing down and appreciating all the small things in life, before you know it your hour glass is running out of sand. I love the times spent in nature and I have seen some wonderful miracles and in the process have learned twice as much. The camera gives me the reason to slow down and appreciate all the wonders that surround us.

Update 6-20-18: It's been 3 days and I've managed to finally navigate this site..yeah me !! It's been a lot of work to get this thing going, but it's done and I am happy for doing it.
