In December of 2004 I bought a Canon 20D. My life has not been the same since. 100's of 1000's of images later and I still have a tremendous passion for photography. These days I shoot it all, from rural scenes to senior portraits. Almost all of my work is for sale in print form. You can also contact me for any local services that you need.

Please do not blog or use my images without permission. A simple Flick mail will usually do the trick :)

Big props to the folks at Lensbaby for their continued support and for helping me see the world in a new way.

For all the purists........

"In the electronic age, I am sure that scanning techniques will be developed to achieve prints of extraordinary subtlety from the original negative scores. If I could return in twenty years or so I would hope to see astounding interpretations of my most expressive images. It is true no one could print my negatives as I did, but they might well get more out of them by electronic means. Image quality is not the product of a machine but of the person who directs the machine, and there are no limits to imagination and expression."

His work with HDR and the Lensbaby is humbling. AJ can truly see colour and light. Not only a "mountain man", AJ has shared many insights with me as we have compared notes on photography and inspired me to reach further. Good on ya mate!
