I'm not a photographer. I'm not really even an amateur photographer. I do like to take photos of what looks interesting to me. I don't do that often enough, however. Occasionally, I'll get a pretty good shot of something anyone might find interesting.

Mostly I record ordinary routine things to show to someone else not with me. Lately a lot of electronic stuff I don't use or even know what it is to see of my son wants it, or if I should give or throw away. Sometimes it's paperwork. Often it's a photo of a webpage because we're texting and that's easier than typing an obnoxiously long url. (And I don't do much, if any "computer stuff" on my phone because it's too hard to see things. So I can't just send it to him as he often does to me.)

I also take photos of my artistic creations in needlework, paint & collage and GIMP. I try to take decent photos of the needlework and paper art (though it's still far from professionally well done). GIMP is easy to show because that's just a direct upload, not photography.

I also sometimes take a lot of garden pictures. Barely took any in 2024, however. Hopefully, I'll do more garden photos this coming spring and summer as I hope to get more done in the garden.

I don't take enough family and friends photos. I'm not part of the generations who take pictures of EVERYTHING. But there are some here. Sometimes from paper photos, not my phone. I'm not sure how many aren't marked private, but if you don't see many people/event pictures, is because they are private. I think I have shared a few, though.

I also neglect this website too much. I always have too many photos in the Camera roll photos they come directly from my phone.
