All of our products are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 standards, and installed by fully qualified site engineers.

 

Technical data is quickly available for all systems offered using the latest proven computer-aided sizing programs.

We work closely with local authorities, M&E Engineers and Main contractor’s, with the aim to ensure full compliance to all current legislations. Our installation engineers are competent in their field and carry all necessary site certification with CSCS cards, IPATH, PASMA and scaffold towers. Flues & Chimneys

Our range of flue, chimney and exhaust systems range from 100mm to 1200mm diameter and have been specifically developed to provide an optimum solution for a varying range of commercial and industrial applications.

 

Common systems include multi-functional fire rated or gas condensing exhausts; flues for use with naturally aspirated gas fired appliances fitted with draught diverters; twin wall insulated, multi-fuel chimney systems; twin wall systems for use with solid fuels; single wall flue systems for gas and oil products and gas and oil venting systems.

 

All solutions are designed, tested and manufactured to meet the highest standards and maximum performance is ensured by prior measuring using our iCalc software. Our systems conform to the most up to date legislation requirements and our installation teams are experienced personnel, fully aware of all necessary statutory requirements and modern standards.

Natural Ventilation & Lighting

We supply a wide range of natural ventilation and lighting systems that can be designed and installed to suit virtually any application and are increasingly popular in schools, hospitals, offices and industrial buildings.

 

Natural Ventilation and Lighting systems make use of nature's own power source to provide interior spaces with a fresh air supply or natural daylight illumination. External air is captured by louvers in roof or wall mounted terminals and uses the stack effect to draw fresh air inside while simultaneously extracting stale air from the space. Input and extraction rates are controlled by simple wall-mounted controls.

 

Natural ventilation and lighting systems, by their very nature, produce a significant reduction in traditional energy running costs and can improve staff productivity and reduce sickness by the removal of stale air from the working environment.

 

Kitchen Ventilation

We supply a wide range of kitchen canopy systems to meet the demands of the most modern commercial kitchens and are used for the commercial, healthcare, educational and private sectors and are increasingly popular in restaurants, schools, hospitals and hotels.

 

Our own ‘Canvent’ canopy systems can be configured to suit virtually any application, with a range of advanced features such as heat recovery, uv filtration, fire suppression and gas safety detectors fitted as necessary. Our range includes condense, dishwash, wall mounted, extract and supply, peripheral extract and induction canopies.

 

All canopies are manufactured from 304 (En 1.4301) or 316 (En 1.4401) where specified and are suitably braced to prevent product distortion. All joints are welded and polished. Systems are manufactured to the strict guidelines of DW/172, British Standards and conform to HSE for kitchen ventilation systems.

 

Our control systems include gas detection and shut off, CO and CO2 sensors and fire suppression. Our canopy lighting products are sealed and meet all modern hygiene and safety standards.
