The Air Force Reserve is an integral part of the nation's defense. The men and women who serve in the Reserve perform the same missions and work side-by-side with those serving on active duty with the U.S. Air Force. The Air Force Reserve offers a variety of part-time jobs with competitive pay and benefits that include low-cost TRICARE health insurance, a non-contributory retirement plan, 100% Tuition Assistance and other educational programs. Specific jobs are offering up to a $20,000 bonus. Those with prior experience in the military are encouraged to apply, but the Air Force Reserve will train qualified individuals even if they have no experience.
