Castle Rock AIKIDO and IAIDO is a martial arts school offering formal instruction of the traditional, Japanese martial arts of AIKIDO (an open-hand self-defense) and IAIDO (the art of drawing and cutting with the traditional Japanese samurai sword). Our program are exclusively for adults over the age of 18. The average age of our student is about 40 years old. We offer Aikikai-style AIKIDO and AUSKF-standard IAIDO.
