This University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) chapter of Americans for Informed Democracy (AID) serves to promote the global/national mission of AID. AID is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) student organization represented on more than 175 university campuses that fosters global understanding by coordinating town hall meetings on America's role in the world and by publishing opinion pieces and reports on issues of global importance. Through these efforts, AID seeks to promote a more multilateral U.S. foreign policy and to inspire a new generation of internationalist leaders.
