I was born and and raised in Venice Beach, California. My eye for imaginative composition led me to a study of photography at Santa Monica College Photography Program. I had since then relocated to Providence, Rhode Island in 2001. As a transplant to Rhode Island, it was easy to see my influences of nature as well as the posh, hip-cavalier-easy-going-style of Southern California in my work. An avant-garde slant on portraiture and life is a refreshing palatte of vivid images that contrast the dreary with the sensational, effortlessly fusing the fantasy with reality.
