Canon 5ds

Started with Brownie 127 about 1958. Graduated to Pentax S1a in 1964. Pro from 1966-1970 - I shot a lot of shoes! Moved to Canon film about 1990. Only went seriously digital in 2009.

Favourite lenses over the years: SuperTakumar 28mm f3.5; Sigma 70-200 APO - super quality for the price, but super-fragile; Sigma 17-35 EX DG. Then Canon EF 17-40 f4 L and EF 70-200 f4 L IS, backed up by EF 50 f1.8 and EF 1.4x extender.

2016: replaced 17-40 with 16-35 IS L and very pleased with the result, now combined with 5Ds body. Often that's the entire kit - 5Ds allows lots of reshaping, cropping, and noise reduction, along with very pleasing colour quality.
