I am fairly new to photography-- we got our first digital SLR in March 2008 with my knowing absolutely nothing about photography. Learning to take quality photos has been a lifelong dream for me, and I am eager to learn all I can and improve my amateur skills. Many thanks to my husband for patiently bearing with me and my endless questions, and also for giving me helpful feedback before I post my pics. (He makes occasional contributions to this site.) I am also new to Photoshop and have enjoyed learning that in conjunction with photography.

I greatly value those who take time to offer comments, constructive criticism, and helpful suggestions, and I endeavor to return the favor as best I can. (I might not have much advice to offer if you are an experienced photographer!)
