Another lifetime ago I was an avid birder and amateur photographer (film camera), and then I wasn’t; yet, I’ve recently purchased a decent digital camera and a Swarovski spotting scope and rediscovered my love of birds and photography. Still in the learning curve for the camera and the digital darkroom.

In addition, I’ve redesigned my front yard to include mostly Texas native plants that serve as host to bees, butterflies, birds etc. The back yard is next. So I've now found a new love for butterflies.

Hoping to improve my photography and eventually combine it with some graphic design.
