In an age of wild digital manipulation, adreamdeferred's work is refreshingly honest and unpretentious, making use of time-tested skills photographers have relied on for decades: strong composition, expert knowledge of light, and superb use of selective focus. Her photos never fail to stir strong emotions in the viewer: longing, sadness, joy, excitement... a true reflection and representation of modern life. Just viewing adreamdeferred's stream makes me a better photographer; that she is also so generous in her encouragement and feedback on others' work makes me proud and fortunate to call her a Flickr friend.
