Thank you for your interest in my photos, and for the faves and comments. I have been an amateur photographer for 50 years in the Halifax and Peggy's Cove areas of Nova Scotia, Canada. I enjoy this hobby as much today as when I bought my Praktica all those years ago. I like seeing images and reading comments from all over the world on this site. I admire the art and the skill of so many fellow photographers.

I have had seven Canon cameras since the Praktica, now use a 90D and iPhone 15, and recently bought a 5D Mk ll for the full frame sensor. So glad people traded in their EF-L lenses for mirrorless gear! :-) On the used gear market, I found three L-series lenses: Canon 17-40, 24-105, and 70-300mm, the latter being the favourite.

Update: Just bought a used Rokinon 14mm F2.8, going to shoot for the stars!
