I am a mother of two of the most amazing creatures. My children and my husband are my whole world and I spend as much time with them as I can ;-)

I love photography, and it's one of my greatest new hobbies:-)

As a mother I always wanted pictures of my children taken so naturally with my background in the arts and my want for quality portraits of my kiddos I decided to buy a camera more powerful than my point and shoot. I am self-taught and I think sometimes that is the best way, because you learn things and retain them in a way that would be lost in the recesses of your brain when trying to cram for school.

I don't have any formal training, I just learn from experimentation and research.

I appreciate criticism.
