I've learned photography from osmosis, through my father (who was a photographer in the Air Force). I guess that's quite utilitarian origins. I shoot when I can, but that's not often enough.

Software development's my profession and passion. Soccer is my most enjoyable sport to play; I rather don't have the patience, though, to watch it (or any other sport, or TV, for that matter).
