ADD International is a UK-based development agency working has an ally to the disability movements in Africa and Asia. Since it was established in 1985 ADD has directly supported over 170,000 disabled people and many more indirectly.

ADD believes that all disabled people have a right to be included in society and should be able to access the basic rights most people take for granted such as family life, means of earning a living, education, basic healthcare and respect from other members of the community.

ADD is committed to the social model of disability: that a person is disabled by society not by their impairment.
