Well we've just taken the plunge and bought a DSLR camera. It's proving to be quite a lot of fun, and I'm sure we'll be saving up for new lenses soon. Given our inexperience with DSLR, please feel free to offer constructive criticism or tips, as advice is always welcome.

We have 2 cats and a Golden Retriever. I'm sure they'll star in many of our photos. Our black cat is proving to be painful to get a good shot of, as his coat shimmers quite well, but without using a flash, I can't work out how to get a good exposure of him.
