The Mission of ACTS is to promote affordable homeownership that fosters a low-income family’s ability to be self-empowered, thereby reducing community blight, neighborhood deterioration, and poverty.

ACTS is an urban church alliance founded by a group of St. Michael Church members in 1992. Its core focus is assisting low-income families in their efforts to make foreclosed inner-city properties livable and affordable. ACTS has assisted over 1,400 families to purchase their own home in the central city of Milwaukee.
