I love music. Not like a "little" love, but an actual passion! Music has been a part of my family forever, and it is my hope to pass that tradition on to my children (I have 3 now).

I am a director and coach at a gymnastics center. I've been in this line of work for 15+ years and hope to continue for much longer. I am a firm believer in early intervention when it comes to promoting health and fitness to our children. As a result, the best part of my job is working with kids 5 years old and younger. The love for fitness that I witness in these children never ceases to amaze me . . .
