We promote a student-centered, participatory, and reflective approach to teaching. Course workshops cover methodology and teaching skills, and a Practice Teaching Component provides a chance for participants to safely experiment with new concepts and techniques and receive structured feedback. The goal for participants is to gain significant insight into their own teaching strengths and challenges, and to identify tools for self-improvement and resources for long-term development.
