I get asked frequently where I get my vintage photos. They come from all over, but a big source is the Vintage Photo Community on LiveJournal.

 

There are also fashion photos in here, as well as miscellaneous images from around the internet and over the years. Some of these have attributions, some do not.

 

I try to list photographer credits and dates, models, etc. However, sometimes these things are lost in the sticky seas of time, sometimes I'm just ignorant of them. If you know more about a photo, please comment and tell me.

This WAS the group account of steampop band Abney Park. Originally conceived as a way for members of the band to share inspirational photos with each other, to assist with costume and stage dressing construction, it contained photos of the band members from shows, photoshoots, vintage photos, and candid snaps, as well as Veen's concept art for the band's post-goth phase, and documentation of outfits and daily life.
