Welcome to the Owens Valley / Eastern Sierra Nevada. A special place made famous by Mary Austin in her classic 1903 book "The Land Of Little Rain." You could live your entire life here and never exhaust the photographic possibilites of this land. I believe that even the most mundane scenes can have brief moments of sheer magic. You just have to be at there at that right moment in time. I hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed taking them.
