Ariel Arrieta is VP Technology at .FOX Networks (a News Corp. company).

 

Previously, he founded Digital Ventures, Directa Network, Performa Network, Afiliados Hispanos and InZearch all online advertising companies acquired by FOX in July 2007.

 

Ariel is a serial entrepreneur and also an angel investor. Since 1994, he is involved in the Internet/Online Media Industry. In the past, he founded several companies including: I-Solution S.A. (e-builder), OK-Compra.com (B2C Ecommece markeplace) and V-Commex (foreing trade emarketplace B2B). He also worked in management and marketing positions at Global Mind (Interactive Agency), ViaNetworks (ISP), Inea Internet (ISP) and Century Internet (ISP). Currently, he participates in the Business Angels Club of IAE/Universidad Austral investing in seed stage companies.

 

Ariel also engages not for profit activities. He is a frequent speaker at several conferences around the world including Ad:Tech, IAA, IAB, Online Marketing Europe, OMD, Marketing 2.0, AMDIA, among others). He also participates actively in several trade associations and is an active contributor at Malba.org.ar, MissingChildrens.org.ar and redsolidaria.org.ar

 

Ariel has studies in Business Administration (Universidad de Palermo).

 

He is 35 years old, married since 2003 to Veronica and has a 1-year daughter, Zoe.
