This is what I think when it comes to photography:
Enjoying the beauty of still images is another proof of the mind’s misconception in enjoying the beauty of life in motion.
Don’t count on an electronic processor to process images better than your eyes!
A good image is captured, processed, edited, saved and uploaded in and to the mind first.
There is no right or wrong, no rules and no musts and musts not in any artistic work. There are however individual perceptions of likes and dislikes.

To make a long story short, I consider myself an amateur photographer, and my interest in photography is stemmed from the desire to capture all wonderful scenes, moments and matters in life as much as possible.
I loved photography since I was a kid, as I used to "play" with my dad’s Polaroid as often as I can. I purchased my first 35mm film camera in 93, which was a Canon EOS 1000F, and since then, Canon and I have become very close friends :-)
Finally, I should confess that joining Flickr and seeing your wonderful photos have made me raise the bar in photography consciously and unconsciously! The extraordinary photos that you are sharing are sufficient proofs that photographers can be distinguished artists and produce artistic images as beautiful and valuable as any other artists and art.
