Hi!

 

I have tons of photos scattered over several computers and what-not that I plan to be uploading here very soon. (Note: this sentence was written over a year ago and I still haven't done it, only added more to the pile of to-be-uploaded photos! Ack.)

 

Most are shot with either my digital camera or my cell phone, so I am obviously not a professional photographer. However, I do have an interest in the unique, the colorful, the quirky/offbeat, and the aesthetic.

 

I also like taking photos of family, funky architecture, urban decay, intricate visual details, amusing or unusual subjects, grafitti, my own drawings or art, and familiar surroundings. Sometimes, though, I just take pics of stupid crap on a whim.

 

Usually my published or posted photos are accompanied by blog posts of some sort that explain the purpose behind them, but with me one never knows for sure. Hah.

 

I do have a number of actually fairly decent photos to upload, from my trip to St. Thomas, my local urban rummagings, and various areas and items of interest that turned out pretty well. So there will be a few gems among the pile of rubble if you look hard enough (or until I get the time/energy to actually sort them into organized sets). :-P~

 

Also, I do a fair amount of blogging at various sites which feature a lot of visuals (those that aren't mine, I do have a tendency to doodle on). These sites are where you will find the contextual background behind of some of the (usually weirder) photos featured here.
